I am an Associate Professor of Operations Management and Business Analytics at Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School.

Research

My research lies at the intersection of operations management and behavioral science. My areas of expertise are experiment design, behavioral economics/operations, service operations and innovation/entrepreneurship.

Teaching

I teach Business Analytics in Johns Hopkins Carey Full-Time MBA, MS and part-time programs. Previously I have taught Operations Management in the Michigan Ross BBA program.
